About Compliance HQ
Compliance HQ is an AI-assisted compliance review platform. It runs documents — contracts, policies, marketing copy — through parallel Security, Legal, and Privacy agents that check them against your own policies, then pauses for a human reviewer to approve or reject before any decision is final. The goal is simple: make compliance review faster and more consistent, without taking humans out of the loop.
What it does
Teams upload their policies once; each review retrieves the most relevant ones (retrieval-augmented generation) and evaluates a submission against them. Every organization’s data is fully isolated, and each decision — with its reviewer, notes, and timestamps — is recorded for an auditable trail.
How it’s built
Compliance HQ is a production, multi-tenant platform built end to end on a modern stack: a LangGraph multi-agent workflow with a human-in-the-loop gate, retrieval-augmented policy matching over Postgres + pgvector, database-enforced tenant isolation, and a fully deployed cloud stack with continuous delivery and a custom domain.

Compliance review is high-stakes, repetitive, and slow — exactly the kind of work where AI can help without being trusted to decide alone. Compliance HQ was built to show how a careful, human-gated AI system can accelerate that work while keeping accountability where it belongs: with a qualified person.
